Returns & Refund Policy
Each piece at My Equi Art is custom-made by me, just for you. Because of the personal nature of my work, I unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds, unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please check your item when it arrives and email me within 7 days if it's damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If approved, I’ll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping.
Changes & Cancellations
Since each portrait is made to order, I’m unable to make changes or accept cancellations once I’ve started working on it.
Please Note
- Minor variations in layout, scale, or color are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
- Printed items may look slightly different from the digital preview.
